A look ahead at the 2025-26 Season

Solomon Racquet and Sports has become the driving force behind racquetball tournaments in the Boston area. Founder and Owner, Stewart Solomon, started playing racquetball at 13 and has been passionate about the sport ever since. From starting a racquetball club in college, to competing at local and national events, to serving on State and National Boards and finally to running events throughout the indoor racquetball season (September through May). All of the Solomon Racquet and Sports events have a driving cause benefiting from the event

November – Rally for our Warriors (Marlborough, MA)
  • Benefits Hope For The Warriors® (hopeforthewarriors.org), a Veteran Service Organization that provides a full-cycle of care to restore self, family, and hope to post-9/11 service members, their families, and families of the fallen. Nationally, Hope For The Warriors provides comprehensive support programs that are focused on transition, health and wellness, peer engagement, and connections to community resources.
  • Host to an IRT Pro Stop, this event brings over 20 Elite ethletes from around the world to compete at a local event. The men compete year-round as part of the International Racquetball Tour (irttour.com)
  • The event hosts 75 amateur players from around New England plus family, friends, fans as well as members of the host facility
December – Christmas Classic (Millersville, MD)
  • In 2025, the Christmas Classic returns to Severna Park in support of Savi’s Army (savisarmy.org). Savi is the daughter of Shannon Feaster, former professional player and tour commissioner, and U.S. Army veteran Ken Redman. Their mission is to “Give children fighting cancer a chance to get stronger mentally, physically and emotionally for the rest of their lives.”
  • Host to an LPRT Pro Stop, this event brings over 20 Elite athletes from around the world come to compete at the local event. These women compete year-round as a part of the Ladies Professional Racquetball Tour (lprtour.com)
  • The event hosts an additional 75 amateur players from the region plus family, friends, fans as well as members of the host facility
March – Boston Open
  • In 2023 we teamed up to benefit Frontline Family Foundation. Frontline’s mission is to provide unwavering support and care to those who have bravely served our nation and communities. We understand that the commitment of a service member extends beyond themselves, impacting their entire family.

  • The event hosts an additional 75 amateur players from the region plus family, friends, fans as well as members of the host facility
To make these events as successful as possible, they require sponsors. In exchange for their support, sponsors have special perks associated with each event. The sooner a sponsor signs up to support an event, the increased visibility that sponsor will receive through the tournament publications itself (greater than 3000 recipients) as well as multiple social platforms reaching over 1800 users. Events are held at various facilities around the East Coast where in addition to the roughly 75 payers plus fans, family and friends, the regular guests of those facilities will pass through the front door over the course of a three day event. Additionally, all events are broadcast live online for viewers to watch remotely, or review after the event has ended. This provides additional avenues for sponsors to be mentioned and possible commercial time if applicable.
